TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items for sale at Original Compulsive Design were used before and are sold as seen. Although most items are in a good or very good condition, there are often traces of use. We make every effort to provide an accurate description of the condition of the items we offer for sale. Our description of an item ranges from poor to fair to good, very good and excellent. When there is damage or very obvious traces of use that influence the functioning of the item, this will be mentioned in the description of the article. OCD is happy to provide more photos and in-depth desciption should you require it prior to purchase. If you would like to avail of this option please email us. Without asking for further information, you are agreeing to purchase the item in the condition the item is in.

The price is excluding shipping costs for they are variable. We'll let you know a.s.a.p how much the shipping costs are, after we receive your order.

Please note that wiring on vintage electrical pieces may not be compatible with current standards so we ask you to check with your own electrician to ensure a safe installation and usage.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Original Compulsive Design.com and therefore we accept all returns for whatever reason. We will offer you a store credit in exchange for, and to the value of, your return. To be eligible for a credit we must receive your return within seven days of customers receipt of the shipment. All returned item(s) must include the original invoice, packing material and be in the same condition it was originally sent. Please first call us 086 867 8216 or contact us by e-mail for a return authorization. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be insured for the item(s) full cost. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

HIRE POLICY
Hire Charges
1st week – 10 % of quoted value
2nd week – 5 % of quoted value
subsequent weeks – 2 % of quoted value
Special hire charges for long periods will be pre-arranged as stated on the order form. Items reserved and subsequently cancelled may be subject to a cancellation charge at Original Compulsive Design.
Extended Hire
Prior notice must be sought by the Customer to extend hire period.
Payment
Due for all services at time of hire (in case of extension at the time of notice).
Loss/Damage and Insurance
Items shall be kept in good repair and condition. Items returned damaged or altered will be restored by Original Compulsive Design who will charge on the basis of cost of restoration (including when appropriate depreciation in value). Items not returned or which cannot be restored will be charged at cost price as detailed on hire. It is the responsibility of the Customer to insure with reputable insurers against loss or damage howsoever caused from time of collection until return and to produce a certificate of insurance on demand.
Collection and Delivery
Collection and return of goods is by Customer, unless pre-arranged to the contrary when this service will be charged as an extra.
